Week One Blogger

Ok, I did my first post before I read the directions. Like I said I am busy. I am Joan Weaver, director of the Kinsley Public Library and I signed up for this to be able to better serve my patrons. It will give me a basic knowledge. I really don't want to blog. I do have a facebook account, but no time to maintain that. I spend a lot of time ont he computer at work and would rather spend my time away from work doing other things. So I am participating for general education.

This blog is going to reflex my thoughts on the many hats that a small rural library director wears in the course of a day, week, and month. I am already a week late getting started on 23 Things Kansas and don't know if I will be able to do this project. Internet access where I live in the country is limited and expensive. Therefore, I will be doing this at work where my day is already double scheduled. Other librarians will know what I mean. When will I find time to do this with my State Report due.
